Motability is a charity in the United Kingdom. It oversees Motability Operations Ltd, which runs the Motability Scheme intended to enable disabled people, their families and their carers to lease a new car, scooter or powered wheelchair, using their disability benefit. Currently, the scheme has more than 650,000 customers.

Driving Mobility

Driving Mobility is the National Voice for assisted driving and independence. Many with outreach facilities. These centres include independent charities and NHS centres which offer professional information and assessment so disabled and elderly people can gain or retain independence. Driving Mobility accredits a network of 20 driving assessment centres covering the whole of the UK.

Elap are the sole distributor for BraunAbility and Kivi products for the UK, whilst also specialising in the design, manufacture and installation of mobility products.
Today Elap is still based in Accrington, Lancashire where the company has developed a network of over 100 accredited adaptation partners throughout the UK and Ireland.
