BodyGuard – back and head protection

The BodyGuard is a safety device for Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles. It is designed to protect passengers from back and head injuries in case of a rear-collision.

Even though a wheelchair is usually sufficiently secured to a vehicle, it isn’t built to protect the user from rear impact as there is no back and neck support. The BodyGuard is foldable back and head support that has been specifically designed to offer the same protection that a standard car seat would.
